Renovated terraced houses

Kannelkuja 6 is located on a verdant sloping site by the Itä-Hakkila park. There are five terraced houses completed in the 1990s and now fully renovated on the courtyard. The houses have totally 18 cosy rental homes. The spacious one-bedroom apartments have one floor and ground-level terrace. The 2-bedroom units have two floors, a glassed-in balcony and ground-level terrace. All apartments have a sauna. There is also a club room and storage facilities for the common use of the residents.

In the fall of 2023 an independent council of the best specialists of the broad field of sustainable production and consumerism chose this building to be added to the Osta vastuullisesti (Buy sustainably) website. The council appraises the more sustainable lifestyle and options from the standpoint of a relative sustainability.
